- 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting [required]
- scrub, circulate and monitor experience [required]
- Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting [required]
- current, or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures [required]
- level I trauma experience [preferred]
- 1st time travelers welcomed!
- Peripheral vascular experience [required]
- Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred] -- will consider licensing candidates -- issuance timeline varies if non-active; 48 hrs - 4 weeks
- active ARRT (R) [required]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience [required]

- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
