    Description

    Description: GWW will be 30 hours - clinician will receive 30 hours Thursday - Saturday and 40 hours Sunday - Wednesday

    As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

    NBO: 16 hrs
    EMR: EPIC
    OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
    Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
    On Call: ***/hr
    Charge/Precept: ***/hr

    Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply.


    Local Radius rule:No locals - All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on driver's license)

    Billable OT:

    • 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
    • 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48


    Winter Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 2 of 3 (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)

    RequirementDescription:
    • 12+ months minimum of previous Pharmacy Tech experience - [REQUIRED]
    • Must have successfully completed at least 1 travel contract - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
    • Previous UPH FTE/PRN employees must be gone for at least 1 year to return as a traveler - [REQUIRED]
    • Active WI Pharmacy Technician License - [REQUIRED]
    • Sterile Compound experience - [REQUIRED]
    • Epic experience - [PREFERRED]

    PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Work history/resume (all gaps over 30 days must be clearly explained) - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
    • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline listed on the job (Pharmacy Technician) - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
    • 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission (completed within the last 24 months) - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]

    • Active BLS (AHA Preferred; Will also accept ARC or US Military certificates) - [PREFERRED]
