Employee Separation Policy: Any past
employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel
in another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have
worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE
or PRN), the separation policy does not apply
Local Radius rule: No locals - All candidates must be at least 50
miles from the facility (based on driver's license)
