TEMP Sales Support Specialist - FoodHandler| Reno, NV

In this TEMPORARYSales Support Specialist role, you will be responsible for the monitoring of assigned customer, group, or broker accounts. You will be a key contributor to the sales operations, customer service, procurement and clerical support teams.

You will also be responsible for reconciling and processing of customer programs. This includes the management and coordination of programs, projects, document retention, and business analysis related to the development of distributor and key end-user group relationships. In this role, you will provide the highest level of program support with an emphasis on: analytical ability, understanding of customer dynamics, project management, and an attitude of cooperation. 

Responsibilities:

• Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and brokers.
• Entering and processing orders based on the assigned region. 
• Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
• Entering incident reports as they pertain to customer returns, damages, shortages and any other discrepancies with the orders.
• Enter samples through the sample site.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.
• Function as a liaison between sales support and other departments in the company to address customer needs.
• Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.
• Be able to work overtime as needed

 Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service or sales support.
• Analytical ability to learn new systems quickly (MS Dynamics SL, Promo-Assist, SDS, PAM).
• Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• AS400 experience is a plus.

Bunzl Nevada hourly pay range for this role is $20-$24/hour based on education, experience and geographic location.
