What Youll Do
- Circulate during operating room procedures and support safe, efficient surgical care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other members of the surgical team.
- Help prepare the operating room, equipment, supplies, and patient for procedures.
- Maintain adherence to sterile technique, surgical safety practices, and established workflows.
- Support general surgery cases, including abdominal, soft tissue, hernia, breast, colon, and other procedures.
- Assist with urgent and emergent surgical cases as part of the operating room team.
- Document care and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility procedures.
What You Need
Required:- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Ability to work day shifts in an operating room setting.
- Knowledge of perioperative nursing and circulating responsibilities.
Preferred:- Previous operating room or perioperative nursing experience.
- Experience supporting general surgery procedures.
- Additional certifications, if applicable; specific certifications were not provided.
