What Youll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the CCU during night shifts
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Use electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management
What You Need- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Previous experience working in a Critical Care Unit (CCU) or similar setting
- Strong communication and manual dexterity skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse patient populations
