What Youll Do:
- Provide respiratory care services to patients with a variety of conditions
- Monitor patient respiratory status and adjust treatments accordingly
- Assist with ventilator management and airway procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Support patient comfort and recovery through expert respiratory support
What You Need:
- Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist license
- RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
-Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
