What You’ll Do:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to patients across various care settings
• Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status, adjusting treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist (RT) license and registration as RRT
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adhere to schedule
• Willingness to work designated holiday blocks, including Thanksgiving and Christmas
