What Youll Do
- Deliver respiratory care based on protocol evaluations and patient needs
- Administer medications via aerosol and metered-dose inhalers
- Respond immediately to rapid response, arrest, or STAT situations, maintaining artificial airways, respiration, and cardiac compressions
- Set up and maintain oxygen therapy according to protocol
- Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status and assist with diagnostic testing
- Support emergency responses, including CPR and life support systems
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide optimal patient care
What You Need
Required:- Valid Michigan Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- Minimum of 12 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
