Profile Requirements:
- CRT's will not be considered for this need
- 2 years current RRT experience [required]
- Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]
- ACLS and PALS [preferred]
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.
- Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- Work History
- Skills Checklist Registered Respiratory Therapist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Massachusetts RRT license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
- Active RRT Certification through The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
