What Youll Do
- Provide respiratory care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical patients under supervision
- Assist in critical care activities following established protocols
- Train RT personnel in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care areas
- Support patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Operate and monitor respiratory equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
- Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
- Prior experience in critical care settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills in respiratory therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
