What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations, including adults and geriatrics
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to acute patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Work independently and efficiently in a small, rural hospital environment
- Adhere to dress code: personal scrubs of any color
What You Need:- Valid New Hampshire RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in medical-surgical and cardiac telemetry
- Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced unit
- Comfort working in a rural setting, with independence and initiative
- No residency within 50 miles of the facility
