What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit
• Collaborate with a team including LNA’s, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor
• Implement patient care plans following established standards
• Document patient progress using EMR (EPIC) system
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
• Adhere to patient ratios of no more than 6:1, with additional support staff as needed
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during night shifts

What You Need

• Current NH Registered Nurse license or valid state RN license
• Valid NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate (must be included with your submission)
• At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in stepdown or similar units
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
