What Youll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to adult-geriatrics in a stepdown setting
- Coordinate patient care plans and participate in patient and family education
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to maintain quality standards
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient information accurately in Electronic Medical Records (Epic)
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Lead and support nursing team members in daily activities
What You Need
Required:- Valid New Hampshire RN license and Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration
- 1+ year of recent RN experience in a hospital setting, ideally in stepdown or ICU units
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:- Experience in adult-geriatric patient care
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance standards
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
