What Youll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in a stepdown environment
- Coordinate patient care, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in patient and family education about treatment and health management
- Maintain clinical standards and documentation using Epic EMR system
- Ensure compliance with all medical and health regulations, including timely collection and processing of required documentation
What You Need
- Active NH RN license and temporary health care service license
- At least 1 year of recent stepdown or medical-surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts and adhere to block scheduling policies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Required: Valid RN license in NH, relevant clinical experience
Preferred: Experience with Epic EMR, adult-geriatric patient care
