Description:
Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Local candidates are NOT allowable, and all candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from facility.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: ***/hr
- Charge/Precept: ***/hr
Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

RequirementDescription:
- At least 2 years of previous Labor and Delivery/L&D experience [required]
- Circulating experience [required]
- Scrub experience [preferred]
- Multiple travel contracts completed [preferred]
- EPIC STORK experience [preferred]
- High Risk experience [required]
- Experience within previous year at larger high volume delivery centers -- 200-300 deliveries/month [required]
- High acuity experience [required]
- MUST BE COMFORTABLE TO FLOAT TO POST-PARTUM 1-2 SHIFTS A WEEK.
All candidates must be at least 50 miles from facility (based on drivers license).
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Labor and Delivery / L&D experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Labor and Delivery / L&D) [required]
- Nursys must state Active Iowa license at time of submission [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]

- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client ACLS [required]
- Certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses / AWHONN for fetal monitoring -- [required]
