What Youll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to renal patients in a busy hospital setting
- Monitor vital signs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families about ongoing renal care and management
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Support the facilitys standards for safety and quality
What You Need- Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Experience in renal or med-surg nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
