Responsibilities

(25%)* Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.
(25%)* Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care according to the patient s real and/or perceived needs.
(25%)* Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to the patient s plan of care or clinical path.
(25%)* Consults and collaborates with members of the health care team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals.

Primary Patient Population: All Tele
Ratio: 4:1, but sometimes have to stretch to 5:1

• Tele Cardiac Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Recent Travel Work History - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction, for ONLY (1) 13-week contract) - Required

• LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend/Holiday
On Call Requirements : No Call
