What Youll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to predominantly adult patients in a progressive care setting
- Monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes that require intervention
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Respond to emergencies promptly to ensure patient safety
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Michigan
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years recent medical-surgical or progressive care RN experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:- Experience with telemetry and cardiac monitoring
- Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., ACLS)
