What Youll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Assess patient conditions, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Document patient care and outcomes accurately and timely
- Support a safe and healing environment during your shift
What You Need- Valid Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU or acute med-surg nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
