What Youll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on established clinical standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.
Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions.
Assist in orientation and training of non-RN staff, including LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries.

What You Need

Ohio RN license (active and unrestricted)
Minimum 1-2 years recent hospital experience, preferably in a similar setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Compassionate, patient-focused, and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts

Preferred:

Experience in a hospital setting with PCU or step-down units
BLS certification
