Pay & Benefits

What Youll Do
- Provide direct patient care on a progressive care unit for adult patients
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient responses and modify care accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care
What You Need
Required:- Ohio RN license
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- At least 2 years of recent RN experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a PCU or similar unit
Preferred:- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
