Dress Code: Facility provided scrubs
8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
Precept: 3$/hr
Requirement description : This need requires high proficiency in PERI-OP and PACU!

• Minimum 2 years OR PRE-OP experience [Required]
• Phase I and II experience required [Required]
• Experience with sedation, critical drips; telemetry interpretation - Required
• Must be able to get ROOM prepared for OR, as well as patient [Required]
• Multiple surgical specialty experience - Required
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• BSN preferred
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• Work History
• Skills Checklist - PACU current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Skills Checklist - PRE/PERI OP current to 1 year [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross - BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross - ACLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS
• BLS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : A PERM license must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not consider provisional/conditional/temp licensure
Weekend Requirements : None/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements : 8hr days Will float and precept to BMC and Crane Surgery Center as needed
