What You’ll Do

• Provide holistic nursing care to diverse patient populations in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit
• Monitor patients’ recovery from anesthesia, assessing vital signs and overall status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
• Educate patients and families about Post Anesthesia Care plans
• Document patient progress and updates accurately in the medical records
• Follow hospital standards and protocols to maintain quality care
• Assist in emergency interventions and support patient comfort

What You Need

• Active RN license in Minnesota or the ability to obtain one
• Prior PACU or surgical recovery experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work varied shifts and adjust to unit needs
