What Youll Do:- Provide holistic nursing care to patients in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
- Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs during recovery.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective recovery.
- Delegate tasks to other care providers as appropriate and document interventions.
- Execute standards of nursing practice including planning and evaluation of patient care.
- Adjust care plans based on patient response and evolving clinical needs.
- Promote exceptional customer care and uphold safety standards.
What You Need:- Valid RN license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred, particularly in post-anesthesia or related settings
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
