What Youll Do
- Administer chemotherapy and infusion medications in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient responses during treatments and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate medical records and document patient care in Epic EMR
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Assist with managing central venous access devices and PICC lines
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and medication administration
What You Need
Required:- NY State RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience working in oncology or infusion services
- Knowledge of infusion therapies, medication administration, and patient monitoring
Preferred:- Prior experience with Epic EMR
- Experience in outpatient or hospital infusion units
- Strong communication and patient care skills
