What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients
  • Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with medical procedures and interventions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update care plans
  • Support family members with education and compassionate communication
  • Document patient care accurately and promptly

What You Need
  • Valid Texas RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years NICU experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
