What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct neonatal patient care in a Level 1B NICU setting
  • Monitor and manage neonates using advanced technology and equipment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Document patient care and procedures accurately and timely
  • Maintain infection control and safety protocols
  • Support families and provide education around newborn care
What You Need
  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, neonatal ICU preferred
  • BLS certification required; NRP preferred
  • Strong clinical skills, compassion, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to start by the scheduled date and work afternoons

This NICU unit offers advanced neonatal care for late preterm and neonatal patients, utilizing cutting-edge technology such as cardiopulmonary monitors, LED phototherapy, and radiant warming units. The department maintains a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, providing a focused environment to deliver exceptional newborn care.
