What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient health status, including vital signs and cardiac telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and patient privacy policies.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.

What You Need:

• Active RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg or Telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
