What You'll Do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on your shift
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient education and support to patients and families
- Assist in training and supervising non-RN staff such as LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries
What You Need
Required:- Ohio RN license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Ability to work night shifts
Preferred:- Experience in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
