What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients on a Med Surg unit overnight
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to patient needs promptly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Document patient information thoroughly in electronic medical records
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in New Hampshire
- BLS certification
- Previous Med Surg nursing experience (preferably night shifts)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
