What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients on a Med Surg unit
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to acute needs promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Med Surg
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work a 36-hour weekly schedule with flexibility for orientation
Preferred: Experience in a hospital setting, familiarity with EMR systems
