CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER BLOCK SCHEDULING

- 4+ years current MS/Cardiac/Neuro experience [required]

- Tele experience [required]
- Willingness to float- Required
- Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY [REQUIRED]
- Meditech Expanse experience strongly [preferred]
- BLS, NIHSS AND ACLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. Facility will not pend certifications.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
