What Youll Do
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, updating care plans accordingly
- Provide and evaluate nursing care, ensuring quality standards are met
- Use technology and safety measures appropriately during patient care
- Educate patients and family members, documenting all interactions
- Report any actual or potential issues following hospital procedures
- Participate in quality improvement activities and team meetings
- Support hospital policies, ethical standards, and infection prevention protocols
What You Need
Required:- Active Michigan RN license
- BLS certification
- 1+ year of Med Surg experience (preferred)
Preferred:- Ability to work night shifts
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
