What Youll Do
- Develop individualized plans of care and revise them based on patient response and treatment outcomes.
- Assess patients and identify care needs, education requirements, and discharge planning priorities.
- Monitor and report abnormal assessment findings and update expected outcomes as appropriate.
- Coordinate and supervise patient care activities as needed.
- Administer medications and accurately document patient care, assessments, education, and progress.
- Organize and prioritize nursing responsibilities in a fast-paced Med Surg environment.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to members of the healthcare team.
What You Need
Required- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Ability to work the posted night schedule.
- Ability to assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills.
