What Youll Do
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed
- Adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret measurement readings
- Monitor patient vitals and report any adverse reactions promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies
- Support patient safety and comfort during each shift
What You Need
- Valid Oklahoma RN license
- BLS certification
- At least 1-2 years of relevant medical-surgical nursing experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment
