What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med Surg setting
- Monitor patient health status and document accurately
- Assist with patient assessments and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during your shift
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
What You Need:- Valid RN license in Massachusetts (must include MA Nursing Pool license)
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work day shifts and adhere to schedule
About the Assignment:
This position is at a leading healthcare facility in Pittsfield, MA, with a focus on providing excellent patient care in a collaborative environment. The unit features 20-34 beds with a typical patient ratio of 1:6, and staff dress in personal scrubs of any color. Orientation is 8 hours non-billable, with holiday and overtime pay multipliers.
