What Youll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Support patient comfort and safety throughout shifts
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts
Preferred:- ACLS certification
- Experience in a hospital setting with patient ratios of 1:6
