What You'll Do:- Provide expert assessment, consultation, and leadership in lactation management
- Support postpartum patients with advanced lactation needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Develop and communicate interdisciplinary care plans for patients with complex lactation support requirements
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain documentation and adhere to facility policies and procedures
What You Need:- Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing
- Lactation Consultant certification (preferred or must be obtained prior to start)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical lactation or related maternal health experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
