What Youll Do- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to diverse ICU patients
- Assess patient conditions, execute nursing diagnoses, and implement plans of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment
- Delegate tasks and supervise other care providers as needed
- Document and revise patient care plans to optimize outcomes
- Participate actively in quality improvement and practice standardization
- Float to other ICU units (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and medical/surgical units when needed
What You Need- Valid Minnesota RN license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
