What You'll Do
- Provide holistic patient care in the ICU environment, monitoring critically ill patients
- Perform assessments, develop and revise care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to other ICU units and medical/surgical units as needed
- Document care accurately using electronic medical records
- Respond quickly to patient emergencies with professionalism and competence
What You Need
Required:- Valid Minnesota RN license
- BLS certification
- ICU nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:- Experience with complex or high-acuity patients
- Ability to adapt to float assignments seamlessly
