What Youll Do
- Provide holistic patient care in an Intensive Care Unit environment
- Assess patient conditions and develop care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
- Delegate duties and supervise support staff as appropriate
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Float to other ICUs or medical/surgical units if necessary
- Adhere to hospital policies and clinical standards of practice
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:- Experience with a variety of ICU patient populations
- Leadership or supervisory experience in critical care settings
