What Youll Do:- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under supervision
- Conduct initial assessments of physical and emotional patient needs
- Develop individualized care plans aligned with physicians' orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
- Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need:- Valid Michigan RN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in hospice or home health
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
