Pay & Benefits:- Pay rate: $57.62/hour

What Youll Do:- Float to medical care, post-surgical, and intermediate care units as needed
- Apply the nursing process to patient care, within the Oregon State Board of Nursing scope
- Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments
- Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Respond effectively to crises and emergency situations
- Maintain punctuality and flexibility to adapt to changing patient/unit needs
What You Need:- Current RN license for Oregon
- Ability to float across different units as required
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
