What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct patient assessments, triage, and initial stabilization
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and other healthcare staff
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Support patient and family education during ER visits

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Vermont or multi-state license (Compact)
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum of 1 year ER or Emergency Department experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

About the Assignment
Join a fully staffed, 24/7 emergency department serving approximately 14,000 patient visits annually at a leading hospital in Springfield, VT. The ER operates around the clock, providing immediate screening and treatment for various acute conditions. This assignment requires flexibility and availability for shifts throughout the scheduled period. RTO requests are limited to no more than 5 days and must be noted upfront.
