What You’ll Do

• Implement clinical standards and participate in improvement initiatives
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Support patient and family education and comfort during emergency care

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year ER nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
