What Youll Do:
- Provide immediate life-saving care and stabilization in the ER setting
- Perform assessments, monitor patient vitals, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately using hospital documentation systems
- Support patient education and comfort during critical moments
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to practice
- BLS certification (required)
- At least 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:- Experience with trauma or multiple casualty incidents
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
