What Youll Do- Perform nursing assessments, triaging patients, and developing care plans
- Provide skilled nursing interventions and treatments as prescribed
- Assist physicians with procedures and manage complex equipment
- Respond to ambulance radios and give appropriate pre-hospital care orders
- Educate patients and families on discharge and follow-up instructions
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans
- Maintain high standards of safety and patient comfort in a fast-paced environment
What You Need- Valid RN license in Michigan or eligible to obtain
- Previous ER or acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in urgent situations
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
