What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients from newborn to geriatric in a Level III Trauma ER
- Administer IV drips, vents, and other emergency treatments efficiently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient conditions using EPIC EMR system
- Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations in a busy emergency department
- Support the team during high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism and compassion
- Comply with all facility policies and practice standards while delivering exceptional patient care
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in New Hampshire (or eligible for a temporary license)
- Experience working in an emergency or acute care setting
- Comfortable with IV drips, vents, and trauma protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:- Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to adapt swiftly in stressful situations
