What Youll Do- Apply the nursing process within the scope defined by Oregon State Board of Nursing to assess patient needs
- Provide direct patient care in the emergency room, including monitoring and administering treatments
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery processes
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
- Assist with triage and manage acute medical situations during night shifts
- Support ongoing patient and staff safety initiatives
What You Need- Valid Oregon RN license or compact license eligible
- Minimum of 1 year experience in ER or similar fast-paced environments
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
