What You’ll Do
  • Apply the nursing process within the scope defined by Oregon State Board of Nursing to assess patient needs
  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency room, including monitoring and administering treatments
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and recovery processes
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in medical records
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
  • Assist with triage and manage acute medical situations during night shifts
  • Support ongoing patient and staff safety initiatives


What You Need
  • Valid Oregon RN license or compact license eligible
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in ER or similar fast-paced environments
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently
